Genius Mama (GM)
Traditional handicrafts face the risk of decline. To promote the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) crafts and empower women artisans with flexible home-based employment and income growth, the China Women's Development Foundation launched the "Gifted Mothers" initiative in 2019. The project supports female ICH leaders by establishing "Gifted Mothers·Dream Workshops," addressing challenges through empowerment training, financial aid, and market access. It focuses on creating display platforms, fostering cultural innovation, and linking market resources. Through exhibitions and public advocacy, the initiative provides women artisans with opportunities to showcase their work, boosts entrepreneurship, and drives sustainable development in the ICH sector.
Asian legacy library (ALL)
The Asian Legacy Library preserves Asia's cultural heritage through historical texts, rare manuscripts, and multilingual archives from East to Southeast Asia. It digitizes Buddhist canons, Confucian classics, and Sanskrit literature while safeguarding physical collections like 14th-century woodblock prints. By licensing cultural IP and developing AI-training datasets, it empowers tourism, media, and education industries. Corporate partnerships and tailored cultural programs bridge traditional wisdom with modern commerce, fostering cross-sector innovation. This integrated approach establishes a sustainable ecosystem for global heritage dissemination.
